Cartagena, located on the northern coast of Colombia, is a vibrant city with a rich history and a unique blend of cultures.
We took a river boat and visited the historic center, known as the Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It is characterized by colorful colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and well-preserved buildings. Next day we visited the fort, Castillo San Felipe de Barajas, which offers panoramic views of the city and the Caribbean Sea.
